"Youth Speaking Out" is a youth group organized for teens by teens in order to promote youth leadership and youth empowerment. In "Youth Speaking Out", the teen leaders are very goal oriented. We work toward promoting awareness of different teen issues. We provide support to each other, and any other teens in times of need. As leaders, we involve ourselves in the community through service projects. We promote self-empowerment and self-advocacy skills. Lastly, and most importantly, as a group we enjoy hanging out and having a good time. We are open to new members so if you are interested, email Ashley Keenan to come and join.
